“I can’t rave about this place enough. Easily my favorite place I’ve ever stayed in. I was working seasonally at Denali & made the weekend to Seward with my boyfriend. We gushed over our adorable yurt & the layout of the outdoors area. Everything here was so so beautiful! They were so gracious to let us stay another night as well, amazingly kind staff. We loved it here & told all our coworkers to stay here when they visit Seward. Such a lovely and homey place!”
“Great place once you can find it. We were in the two level yurt, very quiet. But it was kind of tight, both levels have two twin beds but not room for much else. Shared space was very cozy and very well supplied. Would definitely go back again”
“Absolutely loved this adorable, quaint, and cozy yurt village!!!! The staff have thought of everything…earplugs, sleep masks, bug spray, firewood… my family felt so welcomed the yurts are adorable and VERY comfortable! The funk fox hole was directed with all things fox and the bed was very good quality. So much fun, it felt like living in a Disney movie!!! Can’t give enough stars to this amazing g place”
“We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Nauti Otter Yurt Village, and it was truly a fantastic experience. We opted for the queen yurt, and it exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and coziness. The bathrooms on the premises were spotlessly clean and well-maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights of our stay was the community kitchen and common area. It was not only well-maintained but also well-stocked. The availability of top-notch coffee and pancake/waffle mix was a delightful surprise, making our mornings at the yurt village feel like a home away from home. The Nauti Otter Yurt Village offers a unique and serene stay when visiting Seward and I can't recommend it enough for anyone looking for a stay other than regular hotel rooms. The attention to detail and commitment to guest comfort make it a memorable destination. We'll definitely be returning for another visit!”
“Great experience! We had a party of 4 (2 couples) and stayed in a yurt with 4 single beds. We were all happy with the stay. The yurt was nice and warm and had everything we needed including earplugs, clean eye masks, bear protection kit and suggestions on things to do and see in the area. The fire pit was nice and there was ample supply of firewood. The community camp kitchen was also great. It was well stocked, rivaling many Airbnb's. Plenty of cook stations so multiple people could still prepare their meals at the same time. Clear instructions and labels for everything. Plenty of on demand very hot water.”
“It was the cheapest option to our Friday night in Seward and it did not disappoint! Cool little yurts to stay in. Fun little community covered kitchen/ dining are with a fire pit and wood supplied. Fridges, yes plural, for all your food and stuff. Seemed like an ideal place for couples and groups passing through, or staying for the hiking. Only qualm was having to get up to go to the bathroom in the night, and escorting my gal to the bathroom because she's afraid. Small price to pay for the cool atmosphere and experience though. 10/10 considering doing it again.”
“We stayed in the yurt village during a recent visit to Seward. I can't recommend this place enough! Every detail was meticulously considered, and you can tell that the owners and staff poured their heart into this place. The Nauti Otter is truly one of a kind. The yurt we stayed in was extremely cozy and tucked away in a dreamy rainforest. We loved the cute themed decor, the hooks for hanging our rain coats, the comfortable bed, and the space heater for chilly nights (the yurts are well insulated, so we were not cold at all). The bathrooms and kitchen were the cleanest that I've ever seen for shared accommodations, and were both closely located to the yurts on a path lit with fairy lights. We also had a last-minute changes in our itinerary, and the owner was very responsive and helpful in scheduling an extra day. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Stay with Nauti Otter!! It is truly one of the most unique, whimsical, and lovely places I have ever stayed.”
“Awesome, awesome. The host was around and spent time with us by the fire. He taught us how to make stick bread and really brought the community feel. Our group of 8 stayed in all different yurts and they were all very clean and warm. The bathrooms were spotless. We cooked pancakes and eggs in the morning. 10/10”
